Universal Law Series: When I stopped Forcing Life & started shifting my Energy

There was a time in my life when I believed that if I just tried harder, communicated better, or did everything the “right” way, things would work out the way I hoped. Whether it was relationships, opportunities, or situations in my life, I thought the key was figuring out the right words or actions to make things align.

But what I kept noticing was that certain patterns would repeat. No matter how much effort I put in, the outcome didn’t always change.

That’s when I had a realization that shifted everything for me.

I began learning about the Law of Vibration, which holds that everything in the universe vibrates—including our thoughts, emotions, and beliefs. And I started to see that it wasn’t just about what I was doing outwardly.

It was about the energy I was holding inwardly.

My turning point came when I stopped trying to control the outcome and instead began paying attention to my inner state. I started asking myself questions like, "What energy am I bringing into this situation?" What am I feeling in my body? What beliefs are underneath this?

As I began tending to my inner world—slowing down, becoming more aware of my emotions, and allowing myself to shift my energy—I noticed something remarkable. My experiences started to change.

Not because I was forcing anything to happen, but because my vibration was different.

The Law of Vibration teaches us that we are not powerless participants in life. We are energetic beings constantly influencing the experiences we attract and create.

So this week, I invite you to simply become curious about your own vibration—your thoughts, your emotions, and how your body feels—and notice what begins to shift when you bring awareness and compassion to your inner state.
